Breakfast - 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM

- Fried eggs, bacon and hashbrowns

- Blueberry stuffed pancakes with sausage
- Waffles with a sausage patty
- Cheese omelets with bacon and fresh fruit

Lunch - 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

- Grilled pork chop with apple chutney and roasted potatoes and broccoli
- Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy
- Baked Red Snapper with rice pilaf and mixed vegetables
- Oven roasted turkey with dressing peas and carrots
- Grilled flatiron steak with baked potato and green beans

Dinner- 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

- Fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and corn on the cobb
- Pulled pork sandwich with baked beans and creamy coleslaw
- Vegetable lo mein with Asian vegetables
- Stuffed tomato with tuna salad on a bed of spring salad mix
- Boca Burger with the works and sweet potato french fries
